Project Update 17 July 2026

Hi everyone

We’d like to update you on the progress of our work in your area. Our teams have now completed the section of work on Romford Road and will be moving on to the next street in the programme - Nethan Drive.

Residents living on Nethan Drive will have received a letter from us with more detail about what to expect while we’re working outside your home. Access to your property will always be maintained, and traffic management will be in place where needed to keep everyone safe.

As the project progresses, you’ll receive a letter from us around two weeks before we begin work on your street, with specific information about timings and what to expect.
