@Lynne Ward Hi Lynne, thank you for your recent message regarding the Suffolk Water Supply Projects. We appreciate you taking the time to get in touch. As part of the early stages of exploring how best to deliver sustainable water supplies in the region, we're currently carrying out surveys across a broad area. To keep things open and transparent, we contacted all local landowners within the initial areas we’re studying, including strategic corridors that may be relevant to the schemes. We appreciate that our initial letter also landed with our domestic customers and that this has caused some concerns, we apologise for this as this was not our intention, it was only to be open and transparent regarding our potential plans. If you are a domestic property at this stage, there's nothing you need to do. Please rest assured that we won’t require access and no further action is needed on your part. If surveys are needed on other types of land, we’ll be in touch directly to explain what’s involved and to seek your agreement before anything takes place. We’ll continue to share updates as our plans develop, and we’re aiming to hold a wider consultation later this year.
