Hi everyone
We’d like to remind you about some upcoming work in your area. The works will begin on Monday 1 June. The first road affected by these works is Romford Road. Traffic lights will be in place and access to your home will always be available.
We're working in your area with our partners Lowmans to replace 8km of water pipes, as part of our investment to continue to provide you a reliable water supply. This work includes the replacement of pipes that connect our network to your home.
This £1.4m project aims to reduce the number of unplanned interruptions you and other customers may have experienced due to leaks, and other issues with the older pipework.
As the project progresses, you'll get a letter from us two weeks prior to us working on your street with more detail about what to expect. Please be aware that access to homes within this road will always be available.
