Hello everyone
Work on the Eye to Occold water pipe replacement project has now begun.
Our delivery partner, T4, started construction on Monday 3 August. We're investing £750,000 to replace 2.5km of ageing water pipes between Church Street and Cranley Green Road, strengthening the local network and reducing the risk of bursts and unplanned interruptions.
Teams are currently setting up Phase 1 on Church Street, where a temporary road closure is in place between the B1077 and Cedar Close. Signage is in position to support safe movement around the area. Access for residents will be maintained throughout.
