Hi everyone,
We wanted to let you know that work has started yesterday.
The road closure is now in place and will remain until the work is finished mid-September 2026. We will be working in the Boreham Road area. Our first pipe delivery is schedule for today and once the Heras fencing is in place we will start the trenching operations.
We’ll continue to share regular updates on this page so you can keep track of our progress.
Thanks for your patience while we carry out these essential improvements to allow for the road widening requirement.

Hi,
I live at Boscombe and we cant currently go out via boreham, do you know how long this will be for as it’s a long way round to get where we often need to go.
Also, have you now shut the road further down as yesterday all the cars were coming down to ours before turning round in our drive.
